How we measure it
- Source. Open job ads from Adzuna in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, India and Singapore. English-speaking markets, so job titles match.
- Professions. Ads are matched on job title: software developers, marketing, accountants, teachers, lawyers (including solicitors and attorneys), nurses, doctors (physicians) and policy roles.
- AI skills. An ad counts when it mentions AI, ChatGPT, LLM, GenAI or Copilot anywhere in its text.
- Limits. A mention is not always a requirement: some ads mention AI in the company description. Cells based on fewer than 300 ads are shown but flagged. Figures are updated weekly and earlier weeks are never revised.
